Bill Newell is a Ruling Elder at Liverpool First Presbyterian Church where he also teaches the youth faith class and sings in the choir. A native of Camillus, He holds degrees in Geology from the University of Rochester and Syracuse University. He is now retired from a career that included time as an exploration geologist, and educational sales representative, and a university administrator.
